Dr. Sasan Dabiri works as an otologist, neurotologist, and skull base surgeon. He graduated from the Medical School of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. He then received the board certification of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery from this university in 2009. Dr. Dabiri is the Associate Professor at the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Amir Alam Hospital, Tehran University of Medical Sciences. He also acquired a master’s degree in e-learning in medical education. After participating as a faculty member, his practice is mainly focused on otology. In addition to treating routine conditions of the ear, including chronic otitis media and stapes surgeries, he has a clinical interest in complex otologic surgery, balance disorders, and skull base surgery. Moreover, his research interests are facial nerve, Meniere’s disease, lateral skull base neoplasms, and medical education and assessment. He enjoys educating residents and medical students and working closely with them to advance their clinical, surgical and research goals.
