Middle Fossa Surgery
Richard Irving MD FRCS (ORL-HNS)
Typically the middle fossa approach has been described and presented as an access route for the exposure of the internal auditory canal for the removal of acoustic tumours. The author has utilised this approach over the past 20 years and will present an overview of the technique, the indications and outcomes.
