Welcome Message

We are grateful to have the opportunity to hold the second Persian congress of otology and neurotology in November 2019.
After the successful completion of the first PONS congress along with APON in 2016, we expect this new program to maximize the contribution of our colleges across the country.
Like most branches of science, in fields of otology and Neurotology, scientific advances and recent research along with new therapeutic approaches have improved significantly. This makes it necessary to hold such conferences and gatherings to present the latest material and share personal experience in a scientific setting.
This meeting includes a series of lectures, panels and workshops to present the latest progress in the field of otology and neurotology and changes in the management of various diseases.
Our beloved country, Iran, by establishment of numerous efficient centres for otology and neurotology especially in the recent years, has made a remarkable progress in this field.
With such scientific gatherings, we can encourage these different centres to share their experience and expertise in order to develop them further.
Finally, along with the executive committee, we intend to maintain this scientific progress with the help of our dear ENT surgeons especially otologists and neurotologists. We thank their contributions to this cause and welcome them to this occasion.
