Vestibular nerve section is one of the surgical methods in control of intractable vertigo in unilateral Meniere disease. This approach has a high success rate with
hearing preservation. Vestibular nerve section could be done with middle cranial fossa, retrosigmoid and retrolabyrinthine approachs.

In this presentation the author will show endoscopic assisted retrolabyrinthine vestibulsr nerve section as a new technique with video presentation. Using of endoscope in classic retrolabyrinthine approach needs limited dural opening, much less retrosigmoid bone removal and cerebellar retraction with very good exposure. It’s very important to use high definition endovision system for this purpose. The author has done this technique in 7 patients with intractable unilateral Meniere Disease. Vertigo in all the patients completely controlled. None of them experienced any complications such as CSF leak or hearing loss. In our experience this method seems safe with high success rate.
