Objectives: Because of complexity surgical approaches for lateral skull base are complex and difficult. Although endoscopic approaches in skull base surgeries have rogressed dramatically in recent years, there are few studies concerning these approaches. We present a case with 3 years facial palsy and deadness that managed as a Bell›s palsy and also reanimated after one year. We find IAC mass in imaging examination and he candidate for fully endoscopic lateral skull base surgery. The approach was transcanal, trans-cochlear or trans-promonorium. However the pathology result was also interesting.
Keywords: Internal auditory canal mass, facial palsy, endoscopic lateral skull base surgery, transpromotorium surgery.
